Mastering Multiplication provides a strategy-based approach for the teaching and learning of multiplication (and division) facts. These meaningful representations offer a practical resource to help deepen understanding and scaffold learning so the facts make sense to all children. 

The Mastery approach, grounded in number sense, builds on what children already know and emphasises the patterns and connections between facts, taking advantage of the science of memory to ensure learners  accurately and quickly become fluent.
